Rideshare pickup is on Huron Road. Expect a 5-10 minute wait, shorter than most NBA arenas.
The Gateway Garage enclosed walkway is a game-changer in Cleveland winters. Park there if you can.

Post-game, the East Gateway exit onto Huron is the fastest route to I-90/I-77.
If eating on East 4th Street pregame, park in the South Gateway. It's the closest garage.

Your Pass
- The Great Day Improvements Garage, formerly Gateway East, opens three hours before the event for pass holders.
- When Rocket Arena and Progressive Field both have events, the Great Day Improvements Garage accepts only passes bought in advance.
- Event parking prices populate automatically and vary by event.
- Vision licence-plate readers bill automatically on exit; pre-paid passes are available through SeatGeek for select events.
- The Great Day and JACK Cleveland Casino garages hold 3,300 cars between them, with passenger elevators and a bridge to the venue from Garage Level 3.
- The JACK Cleveland Casino North Garage is at 2047 Ontario Street and the South Garage at 2151 Ontario Street.
- LAZ Parking runs a number of other downtown garages and lots, and ParkWhiz sells them online.
Not Allowed In
- The Great Day Improvements Garage has a 7ft 6in vehicle clearance, tow trucks included.
- Sprinter vans must park on Level 1, street level, in a Platinum spot, and may be at most 7 feet wide and 19 feet long.
