Know Before You Go
- Bag policy
Bags under 10 x 6 x 2 inches and clear bags under 14 x 14 x 6 inches may enter through any entrance after screening.
Non-clear bags larger than 10 x 6 x 2 but under 14 x 14 x 6 inches must use an X-ray screening lane. Medical and infant-care bags receive extra screening; backpacks, large duffels, and luggage are prohibited.
- Gate opening
Arena doors typically open 60 minutes before tipoff for Bucks games.
Times can change, so review the specific event page before arrival.
- Mobile tickets
Access Bucks tickets through the Bucks app or, for direct Ticketmaster purchases, the Ticketmaster app; screenshots are invalid for entry.
The Street Level Ticketmaster Box Office can assist with digital tickets on game day.
- Re-entry
Guests cannot re-enter after their ticket has been scanned unless they have another unused ticket.
Limited exceptions may be approved; speak with Security or arena management before exiting.
- Prohibited items
Prohibited items include aerosols, outside alcohol or food, balls, recording devices, backpacks and oversized bags, balloons, coolers, drones, bottles, fireworks, tablets and laptops, large signs, lasers, noisemakers, weapons, professional cameras, projectiles, self-defense sprays, selfie sticks, and large or pointed umbrellas.
The official list is not exhaustive. Request prior approval for medically necessary items at least five days ahead or identify them to Security at entry.
- First aid
First Aid Rooms are on the Main Concourse at Section 110 and Upper Concourse at Section 212.
Certified Milwaukee County emergency medical personnel staff both rooms during public ticketed events; sharps disposal is available.
- Nursing and lactation
Seven private Wellness Rooms for nursing are by Main Concourse Sections 104, 113, and 120; Suites 1 and 17; and Upper Concourse Sections 217 and 227.
Rooms have furniture, outlets, a sink, and changing table. Request access at Guest Services Sections 120 or 212 or the Suite Level Lofts podium. Breast milk, formula, pumps, and screened soft coolers up to 14 x 14 x 6 inches are allowed, but ice packs are not.
- Family restrooms
Fiserv Forum has 14 all-gender, single-occupancy restrooms across the Event, Mezzanine, Main, Suite, Upper, and Potawatomi Club levels.
Most restrooms and all Wellness Rooms have baby-changing stations; an adjustable-height adult changing table is in the Wellness Room behind Section 113.
- Tickets for children
Children age 2 and younger may attend Bucks games without a ticket if they remain on a ticketed adult's lap; children age 3 and older need a ticket.
- Guest services
Guest Services desks are on the Main Concourse at Section 120 and Upper Concourse at Section 212.

- Service animals
Task-trained service animals are welcome with their handlers; pets and emotional-support animals are prohibited.
An animal may be removed if it is not housebroken or remains out of control after the handler is asked to intervene.
- Smoking and vaping
Tobacco, smokeless tobacco, e-cigarettes, and vaping are prohibited inside Fiserv Forum and throughout Deer District property.
Guests who leave to smoke cannot re-enter without a new, unused ticket unless arena management announces an exception.

Arrive at the Deer District
Park in the arena structure or nearby lots. Explore the Deer District outdoor plaza and surrounding bars.
Pregame in the Deer District
The Deer District plaza has outdoor bars, food trucks, and big screens. MECCA Sports Bar & Grill is the go-to pregame spot.
Doors open
Enter Fiserv Forum and explore the concourse. The arena is brand new and beautifully designed.
Find your seat
Settle in. The arena is compact at 17,341 seats, every seat feels close.
Game time
Bucks games have a championship swagger since 2021. The crowd is loud and invested. Games run about 2-2.5 hours.
Halftime break
Hit the concourse for beer brats, cheese curds, and Milwaukee craft beers.
Post-game scene
The Deer District stays open after games. Walk south to Water Street for more bars and nightlife.
Tips & Fan Reports
Get there early your first time - Fiserv is a really cool venue worth checking out. Walk the concourse, hit the pro shop, and grab a beer in the Deer District before tip-off. No need to rush for snacks mid-game.
Milwaukee's Third Ward neighborhood (15 min walk south) has the best restaurant concentration in the city.
Since the 2021 championship, Bucks games have a new energy. The crowd is passionate.
Fiserv Forum allows you to bring in one sealed bottle of water (up to 1L) - saves money on $6 arena water.
Beer brats and cheese curds are the must-try food items. This is Wisconsin.
The Deer District plaza is a destination in itself. Arrive early and enjoy the outdoor atmosphere.
The Deer District outdoor plaza has a huge screen for overflow viewing - it's free during playoff games.
Highland and 5th Street are the two structures the arena itself recommends, both next door.
Deer District outside the arena is the pregame, and it runs its own programming.
Bags and purses are simply not admitted: a 4 by 6 by 1 inch wallet is the whole allowance, with medical and diaper bags the only exception.
Before the Game
Fiserv Forum's main entrance is near the intersection of West Juneau Avenue and Vel R. Phillips Avenue, and the pregame is the Deer District plaza outside it rather than any lot. The arena publishes no tailgating policy. The bag rule is effectively a ban: with the exception of medical and diaper bags, bags and purses are no longer permitted inside at all, and guests are limited to a wallet no larger than 4 by 6 by 1 inch. Parking is recommended at the Highland or 5th Street structures, both adjacent to the arena, and Lyft is the official rideshare partner with pickup and drop-off on Juneau Avenue.

Where both driving routes the arena publishes converge: off I-43 at McKinley Avenue to 5th Street, or through the Kilbourn Avenue tunnel to 6th Street, then east along West Juneau Avenue.
