Citizens Bank Park Pregame Guide

Philadelphia Phillies · Philadelphia, PA

Citizens Bank Park draws the same boundary the Eagles do across the sports complex: tailgating is permitted in Lots A-H and M-O, and not in any lot west of Darien Street or north of Pattison Avenue. The lots that permit it open five hours before first pitch, while the ones that do not open three — so the lot on your pass sets both where you can set up and how early you can arrive. Everything is cashless, taking cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and there is no advertising, selling or vending of any kind in any lot, which extends to a tailgate carrying an unapproved sponsor.

Tips & Fan Reports

Check the lot letter: A-H and M-O tailgate and open five hours out; everything west of Darien or north of Pattison does neither.

VYT Research

Bring a card. Every lot is cashless with no cash fallback.

VYT Research

A sponsored tailgate needs approval — unapproved branding is treated as vending and can get you removed.

VYT Research

It is the same tailgating boundary the Eagles use across the complex, so the rule transfers if you know one venue.
