Your Pass
- The club's own advice, and the most useful thing on its parking page: park in the area of Downtown you entered from, and leave in the same direction. Crossing Downtown after the game is what costs you time.
- There is no shortage of space. Roughly 25,000 spots sit within walking distance, so pick a second option before you set out in case the first is full.
- Look for signs and banners carrying the baseball "P", which marks public parking.
- Some Downtown restaurants and hotels let paying guests leave a car for the duration of the game. Worth asking when you book a table.
Getting There
Daikin Park is unusual in having no dedicated transportation page at all: arrival is documented inside the A-to-Z guide, under P for Parking. What it has going for it is sheer supply: about 25,000 spaces sit within half a mile, plus thousands of on-street spaces, which is why the club never really has to give a route.
- Driving
- The ballpark is at Union Station, 501 Crawford Street. Private lots and garages provide roughly 25,000 spaces within a half-mile radius, including many ADA spaces, on top of thousands of on-street spaces. All Astros-owned lots are cashless, and individual-game passes are sold in Lot C at the time of ticket purchase. Charter and school buses park on Bastrop Street, three blocks east of US 59.
- Public Transit
- The ballpark's guide names no transit route and publishes no stop. It has no transportation section at all, only parking under P. Plan that leg from METRO's own map.
- Rideshare
- Rideshare pickup and drop-off share one location, just outside the Center Field Gate on Crawford Street between Preston Street and Congress Avenue.
