Know Before You Go
- Bag policy
Clutches, wristlets, and small purses up to 4.5 x 6.5 inches are permitted after inspection without X-ray screening.
Bags larger than 4.5 x 6.5 inches but smaller than 14 x 14 x 6 inches must use a designated X-ray screening entrance. Backpacks, suitcases, and large multi-compartment bags are restricted; medical and parental bags under 14 x 14 x 6 inches are screened by X-ray.
- Bag storage
Oversized-bag lockers are outside near the southeast side of the arena, closest to the 11th Street Entrance, and cost $5 to $15.
Lockers accept credit cards only, are limited, and have a maximum interior size of 14 x 16.5 x 17 inches. Firearms cannot be stored in the lockers.
- Gate opening
Door times vary by event and are published on the individual event page.
- Mobile tickets
Flyers tickets are mobile-only through Xfinity Mobile Arena Account Manager; print-at-home tickets are not accepted.
Add tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet at least 24 hours before game time to reduce entry delays.
- Re-entry
Re-entry is prohibited after a ticket is scanned.
Security or Guest Services handles emergency exception requests case by case.
- Prohibited items
The arena prohibits weapons, self-defense sprays, explosives, tools and blades, projectiles, alcohol and illegal drugs, drones, lasers, aerosols, noisemakers, recording equipment, selfie sticks, large signs, and other listed items.
Outside food and drink, coolers, hydration packs, metal beverage containers, large umbrellas, smoking devices, and pets other than service animals are also prohibited. Review the official list because arena management may change restrictions.
- Family restrooms
Family restrooms are near Sections 116 and 219, with two more on the Club Level.
- Tickets for children
Children age 2 and younger normally do not need a ticket but must sit on a paying guest's lap.
The threshold can change for event-specific programming.
- Guest services
Guest Services desks are behind Section 122 on the main concourse and at Section 214 on the mezzanine.
During an event, text the issue and location to 920-990-0XMA for assistance.
- Service animals
Individually task-trained service dogs and service dogs in training are welcome; miniature horses may also qualify.
The guest is responsible for the animal's care and supervision.
- Smoking and vaping
Smoking, vaping, and electronic cigarettes are prohibited throughout the arena and within 25 feet of doors, windows, and outdoor air intakes.
There is no designated outside smoking area, and guests who leave to smoke cannot re-enter.

What the day looks like at Xfinity Mobile Arena, hour by hour.
Arrive at the Complex
Park in the surface lots or take the Broad Street Line. The lots open 2-3 hours before puck drop for tailgating.
Tailgate or hit Xfinity Live!
The parking lots have a solid tailgate scene with cheesesteaks on portable grills. Xfinity Live! is packed with Flyers fans watching pregame on the big screens.
Enter the arena
Doors open 90 minutes before the game. Walk in and feel the energy, Flyers fans bring intensity from the moment they enter.
Find your seat
The arena fills fast. The pregame video and crowd energy build toward the anthem, Flyers fans sing it loud.
Game time
Three 20-minute periods. Philly fans are vocal, physical-play loving, and will let you hear about bad calls. Embrace it.
Hit the concourse
Grab a cheesesteak or a Yards Philly Pale Ale. The concourse has been renovated with better food options.
Xfinity Live! postgame
Walk to Xfinity Live! for postgame drinks, or head to the lots. The Broad Street Bullies atmosphere continues after the final horn.
Tips & Fan Reports
The parking lot has not portable bathrooms…those stuck in traffic and try to get there early for the recommended time….beware!
Flyers fans are passionate and vocal. If you're wearing a visitor's jersey, expect some (mostly friendly) chirping.
The cheesesteak at the arena is legit, but Xfinity Live! has Tony Luke's for the real deal pregame.
Xfinity Live! is the massive sports bar complex next to the arena - the unofficial pregame HQ for all Philly sports.
Flyers fans are intense. The booing is a sign of caring. Don't take it personally.
NRG station on the Broad Street Line gets crushed postgame. Walk north to Pattison Ave for a less packed train.
Take the Broad Street Line from Center City, NRG Station is a short walk from the arena.
Bring a card. Every arena lot is cashless now: cards, prepaid cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay only.
Accessible parking sits on three sides of the arena, so ask an attendant for the closest section rather than circling.
Do not improvise a space: unmarked spots, curbs and fire lanes are all towed at your expense.

A Flyers pregame in the South Philadelphia Sports Complex starts with a card, because the arena lots stopped taking cash. Major credit cards, prepaid cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are the only options, and the lots are self-park. Park properly: unmarked spaces, curbs and fire lanes are tagged and towed at the owner's expense. The organised tailgate is the South Philly Tailgate, a ticketed wristband event that comes with full set-up and break-down, private portable restrooms and space for tailgate games rather than something you improvise in a bay. What Xfinity Mobile Arena allows before the game, and what it does not.
- Arena parking lots no longer accept cash, and take all major credit cards, prepaid cards and digital payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- The arena lots are self-park facilities.

- Only the outside food and drink the rule allows
Outside food and drinks, including water, are prohibited except for baby food, medically necessary items, and empty plastic refillable bottles.
- A card or a phone wallet
Retail, concessions, and parking are cashless; guests can pay by card or convert cash to a prepaid debit card.
