- Bag policy
Clutches, wristlets, and small purses up to 4.5 x 6.5 inches are permitted after inspection without X-ray screening.

- Bags larger than 4.5 x 6.5 inches but smaller than 14 x 14 x 6 inches must use a designated X-ray screening entrance.
- Backpacks, suitcases, and large multi-compartment bags are restricted; medical and parental bags under 14 x 14 x 6 inches are screened by X-ray.
- Bag storage
Oversized-bag lockers are outside near the southeast side of the arena, closest to the 11th Street Entrance, and cost $5 to $15.

Arrive at the Complex
Park in the surface lots or take the Broad Street Line. The lots open 2-3 hours before puck drop for tailgating.
Tailgate or hit Xfinity Live!
The parking lots have a solid tailgate scene with cheesesteaks on portable grills. Xfinity Live! is packed with Flyers fans watching pregame on the big screens.
Enter the arena
Doors open 90 minutes before the game. Walk in and feel the energy, Flyers fans bring intensity from the moment they enter.
Find your seat
The arena fills fast. The pregame video and crowd energy build toward the anthem, Flyers fans sing it loud.
Game time
Three 20-minute periods. Philly fans are vocal, physical-play loving, and will let you hear about bad calls. Embrace it.
Hit the concourse
Grab a cheesesteak or a Yards Philly Pale Ale. The concourse has been renovated with better food options.
Xfinity Live! postgame
Walk to Xfinity Live! for postgame drinks, or head to the lots. The Broad Street Bullies atmosphere continues after the final horn.

Flyers fans are passionate and vocal. If you're wearing a visitor's jersey, expect some (mostly friendly) chirping.
The cheesesteak at the arena is legit, but Xfinity Live! has Tony Luke's for the real deal pregame.
Xfinity Live! is the massive sports bar complex next to the arena - the unofficial pregame HQ for all Philly sports.
Flyers fans are intense. The booing is a sign of caring. Don't take it personally.
NRG station on the Broad Street Line gets crushed postgame. Walk north to Pattison Ave for a less packed train.
Take the Broad Street Line from Center City, NRG Station is a short walk from the arena.
