The west entrance reaches the main concourse and west elevator; the north entrance reaches the club level and north elevator. Accessible drop-off points are on the northwest and north sides.

Accessible seating is available in Sections 102-106 and 113-116, with one companion seat directly behind the accessible seat or wheelchair space.
Limited event-day relocations are first come, subject to individual need, and not guaranteed. The arena does not provide accessible seating on the floor level.
