Know Before You Go
- Bag policy
Clear bags are not required, but backpacks, coolers, hard-sided bags, luggage, and bags larger than 16 x 16 inches are prohibited.
All allowed bags, including purses and approved medical or childcare bags, require X-ray screening. Clutches no larger than 6 x 4 x 1.5 inches may receive visual inspection instead.
- Bag storage
Enterprise Center cannot store or check prohibited bags on-site.
The venue also does not offer coat check, so guests should keep permitted personal items with them.
- Gate opening
Doors normally open 90 minutes before Blues games.
Home openers and playoff games are exceptions; check the Know Before You Go email or contact Guest Services for the specific game.
- Mobile tickets
Blues ticket delivery and arena entry are mobile-only; screenshots and printed PDF tickets are not accepted.
Use Ticketmaster or the Blues and Enterprise Center app to access the ticket before arriving.
- Re-entry
Enterprise Center generally prohibits re-entry, with a designated smoking-area exception for guests who scan out near Portal 8.
A valid ticket is required to leave and return. Re-entry uses a standard ground-level entrance and repeats security screening and ticket scanning.
- Prohibited items
Prohibited items include backpacks, hard-sided coolers, oversized bags, outside food and drink, metal or glass bottles, noisemakers, drones, lasers, selfie sticks, camera supports, weapons, balloons, and wrapped gifts.
Umbrellas are permitted. All guests must pass security screening, and anyone who declines may be denied entry or ejected.
- First aid
First-aid rooms are behind Guest Services at Portal 19 on the Plaza level and next to the family restroom at Portal 55 on the Mezzanine level.
First Aid Team Members are available at every event; ask the nearest Guest Experience team member for help or directions.
- Nursing and lactation
Mamava breast-feeding pods are at Portal 18 on the Plaza concourse and Portal 55 on the Mezzanine concourse.
Ask a Guest Services employee for access; the venue recommends downloading the Mamava app before the game.
- Family restrooms
Accessible family restrooms are across from Portal 19 on the Plaza level and Portal 55 on the Mezzanine level.
- Tickets for children
Children age 3 and older need a ticket for Blues games; children younger than 3 may sit on a ticketed guest's lap.
- Guest services
The Guest Services Center is on the north side of the Plaza concourse outside Portal 19.
For in-event help with conduct, cleanup, or another concern, submit a message at Tell-EC.com. The center also handles wayfinding, wheelchair and stroller check-in, lost children, and lost property.
- Service animals
Trained service dogs and other service animals expressly authorized by law are welcome at Enterprise Center.
Tell the ticket seller when purchasing if an aisle seat would better accommodate the service animal.
- Smoking and vaping
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside; the designated outdoor area is through the ground-level fire exit across from Portal 8.
Guests must scan out, smoke at least 15 feet from an entrance, and repeat entry screening to return. The area closes about 30 minutes before the estimated end of the event.

What the day looks like at Enterprise Center, hour by hour.
Downtown STL pregame
Explore the downtown area around the arena. The revitalized Washington Avenue has restaurants and bars, and Ballpark Village is a short walk east.
Pregame food
Grab toasted ravioli (a St. Louis original) or BBQ at one of the downtown spots. The Hill neighborhood is worth the short drive for Italian.
Doors open
Enter Enterprise Center and watch warm-ups. The Blues' pregame production and music set the tone.
Find your seat
Settle in. The building fills with blue. This is a hockey city and the fans show up.
Game time
Three 20-minute periods. 'Gloria' plays after every win. It became the 2019 Cup run anthem and stuck.
Hit the concourse
Grab toasted ravioli or a Budweiser (brewed here in St. Louis). The concourse is wide with good food options.
Ballpark Village or Washington Ave
Win or lose (and if they win, you'll hear 'Gloria'), the bars on Washington Avenue and at Ballpark Village stay open.
Tips & Fan Reports
Corner seats can get super cold when the blowers turn on. Along center ice it is not too bad. You do not need to get there too early unless you want to watch warmups which can be fun.
St. Louis is one of the most affordable NHL cities. Total game-day costs are well below league average.
Ballpark Village (adjacent to Busch Stadium, 5 min walk) is open even when the Cardinals aren't playing.

MetroLink Stadium station is right at Busch Stadium but also walkable to Enterprise Center (10 min).

What Enterprise Center allows before the game, and what it does not.
- Enterprise Center is at 1401 Clark Avenue in downtown St. Louis.
- Approximately 6,500 parking spaces are available within 1,800 feet of the arena, including a 1,270-car garage immediately adjacent to the building.
- From I-64 (U.S. 40) eastbound, take the Chestnut at 20th Street exit and follow to Chestnut Street for parking on the left, or turn right at 18th Street, or turn left at Clark Avenue and left on 16th Street for the attached garage.

Enterprise Center is indoor, so these are the conditions for the parking lot and the walk in, not the seats.

Outside food and beverages are prohibited, but guests may bring one empty plastic reusable water bottle no larger than 2 liters.
