Know Before You Go

- Bag policy
Clear bags are not required, but backpacks, coolers, hard-sided bags, luggage, and bags larger than 16 x 16 inches are prohibited.

- A valid ticket is required to leave and return. Re-entry uses a standard ground-level entrance and repeats security screening and ticket scanning.
- Prohibited items
Prohibited items include backpacks, hard-sided coolers, oversized bags, outside food and drink, metal or glass bottles, noisemakers, drones, lasers, selfie sticks, camera supports, weapons, balloons, and wrapped gifts.

The Guest Services Center is on the north side of the Plaza concourse outside Portal 19.

- Service animals
Trained service dogs and other service animals expressly authorized by law are welcome at Enterprise Center.

- Smoking and vaping
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside; the designated outdoor area is through the ground-level fire exit across from Portal 8.

- Guests must scan out, smoke at least 15 feet from an entrance, and repeat entry screening to return. The area closes about 30 minutes before the estimated end of the event.

What the day looks like at Enterprise Center, hour by hour.
Downtown STL pregame
Explore the downtown area around the arena. The revitalized Washington Avenue has restaurants and bars, and Ballpark Village is a short walk east.
Pregame food
Grab toasted ravioli (a St. Louis original) or BBQ at one of the downtown spots. The Hill neighborhood is worth the short drive for Italian.
Doors open
Enter Enterprise Center and watch warm-ups. The Blues' pregame production and music set the tone.
Find your seat
Settle in. The building fills with blue. This is a hockey city and the fans show up.
Game time
Three 20-minute periods. 'Gloria' plays after every win. It became the 2019 Cup run anthem and stuck.
Hit the concourse
Grab toasted ravioli or a Budweiser (brewed here in St. Louis). The concourse is wide with good food options.
Ballpark Village or Washington Ave
Win or lose (and if they win, you'll hear 'Gloria'), the bars on Washington Avenue and at Ballpark Village stay open.
Tips & Fan Reports
Corner seats can get super cold when the blowers turn on. Along center ice it is not too bad. You do not need to get there too early unless you want to watch warmups which can be fun.
St. Louis is one of the most affordable NHL cities. Total game-day costs are well below league average.
Ballpark Village (adjacent to Busch Stadium, 5 min walk) is open even when the Cardinals aren't playing.

MetroLink Stadium station is right at Busch Stadium but also walkable to Enterprise Center (10 min).

Enterprise Center is indoor, so these are the conditions for the parking lot and the walk in, not the seats.
