The stadium garage and North Lot are sold on a season basis; event-specific availability and nearby parking should be checked before travel.

Most Lumen Field gameday parking is allocated to Season Ticket Holders. Event descriptions include pricing and a buy link when parking is available. Fans without passes are directed to Metro, Union Station or T-Mobile Park garages; the venue also names SpotHero for nearby parking.

Take the ferry if you can - you avoid Seattle traffic and parking entirely, and it gives you a chance to sober up after the game before heading home.
Park at 4th and Lander and take the light rail from the SoDo station. Get off at Stadium or International District station - ID is my preference for getting to Lumen.
Link light rail serves Stadium and International District/Chinatown stations near Lumen Field.
Accessible spaces are in both onsite facilities, with first-come overflow at Union Station Garage.
The ferry from Bainbridge or Bremerton lands at Colman Dock, less than a mile away.
King Street Station, the Sounder stop, is roughly a football field from the stadium, the closest commuter rail approach of any NFL venue here.
More than 15 bus routes stop within three blocks.
Four Link stations work depending on your direction: Stadium, International District/Chinatown, SODO and Pioneer Square.
Link runs to Sea-Tac, so this is a stadium you can reach from the airport without a car.

Enter from South Royal Brougham Way on the south side of the stadium, at 330 S Royal Brougham Way, attached to the Lumen Field Event Center.
The Lumen Field Garage is attached to the Event Center on the south side of the stadium.

- Overnight and RV parking are prohibited in the garage.
North Lot

Enter from Stadium Place South on the north side of the stadium, at 521 Stadium Pl S. This is the only facility that takes vehicles over 8 feet 3 inches.
The North Lot is north of the stadium and has no overnight or RV parking.

- Link Light Rail (Stadium Station) · $3 · Link Light Rail stops at Stadium station, directly adjacent to Lumen Field. Connects from SeaTac Airport, Capitol Hill, U District, and all of downtown.
- Walking (from Pioneer Square/downtown) · 15-20 minute walk from most downtown Seattle hotels through Pioneer Square. Pleasant walk along the waterfront.
- Washington State Ferry (from Bainbridge Island) · Take the ferry to Colman Dock, then walk or take Link Light Rail to the stadium. A scenic PNW approach.

Your Pass
- The Lumen Field Garage and the North Lot both open at 6am on event days and close two hours after the event.
- Onsite parking rates are subject to change and may vary on the day.
- StubHub parking passes are not accepted at the Lumen Field Garage.
- All vehicles entering the Lumen Field Garage are screened by qualified K-9 teams.
- EV charging is available in both the garage and the North Lot, and motorcycles have designated spots.
- Reservations are arranged through parking@seahawksfgi.com.
Not Allowed In
- Overnight parking is not allowed in either facility.
- Vehicles over 8 feet 3 inches tall are accommodated only in the North Lot.
- RV parking is not allowed, and no parking is provided for charter buses or RVs.
Accessible Parking
Accessible spaces are in both facilities, though availability is set per event. Union Station Garage takes the overflow on a first-come, first-served basis.

- ADA drop-off is at 1st Ave S and S Charles St.
RV Parking
There is no RV parking at Lumen Field. This is worth knowing before you drive: the venue does not provide it rather than merely selling out of it.
- Overnight and RV parking are not allowed in the Lumen Field Garage or the North Lot.
- Parking for oversized vehicles and RVs is not provided by the venue.
- Vehicles over 8 feet 3 inches tall that do fit the rules are confined to the North Lot.
Bus & Limo Parking
The venue provides no charter-bus parking. Groups arriving by coach need an off-site arrangement.
- Parking for charter buses is not provided at Lumen Field.
- Vehicles over 8 feet 3 inches tall are only accommodated in the North Lot, subject to the RV and oversized restrictions.
Getting There
Lumen Field is reachable by light rail, commuter train, bus and ferry, and the commuter station is the standout: King Street Station is, in the stadium's own phrase, a football field away. Four Link stations are in range depending on which direction you approach from, and Metro runs more than 15 daily bus routes stopping within three blocks.
- Driving
- The stadium is at 800 Occidental Ave. S. It publishes no highway route or exit of its own, pointing drivers to a mapping app and to its parking information instead.
- Public Transit
- Link light rail has two nearby stations, Stadium and International District/Chinatown, serving arrivals from the south including Sea-Tac Airport and from the north; SODO and Pioneer Square are also within a short walk. Sounder commuter trains reach King Street Station from Lakewood and Everett with stops between. Metro runs more than 15 daily bus routes stopping within three blocks, and Sound Transit Express buses connect downtown Seattle to regional hubs. Washington State Ferries dock at Colman Dock, Pier 52, with services to Bainbridge and Bremerton, and more sailings from Pier 50.
- Rideshare
- For a rideshare to or from Lumen Field, the stadium asks that the driver use one of two points: King Street and Occidental Avenue on the north side, or Royal Brougham Way and Occidental Avenue on the south side.
- Walking
- King Street Station is about a football field from the stadium. Colman Dock at Pier 52 is less than a mile away, and more than 15 bus routes stop within 3 blocks.

- Transit
Sound Transit: Link is a flat fare, "One-way adult fares are $3.00", regardless of distance. Washington State Ferries collects the walk-on passenger fare westbound only -- WSDOT’s Bainbridge Island to Seattle fare page shows "No Charge" for adult, senior and youth passengers, while Seattle to Bainbridge is $11.35 one-way. The entry describes the inbound leg a fan rides to the game, which is free; the stored $9 matched neither direction. Walking entries carry no transit fare by definition
