New Orleans is arguably the greatest food city in America, and the Caesars Superdome brings that culinary excellence inside the stadium. Gumbo, po'boys, jambalaya, crawfish étouffée, and muffulettas represent Louisiana's unmatched Creole and Cajun traditions. Beignets from a stadium vendor won't quite match Café Du Monde, but they're a sweet game-day treat. Abita Brewing and NOLA Brewing represent the local craft beer scene, while bourbon cocktails honor the city's mixology heritage. Outside the dome, you're 15 minutes from the greatest concentration of legendary restaurants in the country, from Commanders Palace to Central Grocery.
