Every Bank of America Stadium entrance accommodates guests with disabilities and has a dedicated lane for guests using mobility devices.
Elevators at the North, East, and South gates serve guests with disabilities seated on the 300, 400, or 500 levels, Guest Relations booths have wheelchairs to escort guests to their seats, and the drop-off for guests with disabilities is at the corner of Mint and Morehead Streets.
- Accessible seating
Accessible wheelchair seating is sold in designated lower- and upper-level sections and should be arranged through the original ticket source or Panthers Ticket Office at 704-358-7800.
Relocation is subject to availability, so contact the ticket office before game day whenever possible.
- Assistive listening
Assistive listening devices are available at the North, East, and South Guest Relations booths on the 100 and 500 levels and at the four 300-level help desks.
A guest exchanges identification for the device, which can receive English and Spanish radio feeds.

Bank of America Stadium is KultureCity Sensory Inclusive Certified, and sensory kits are available at every Guest Relations booth.

Bank of America Stadium publishes its seat widths, which almost no venue does: 19 inches in the lower and upper levels, 21 inches on the club level. That two-inch difference is a real part of what a club ticket buys. The Silver Club Level is more than 50,000 square feet across eight distinct themed lounges, and hanging off it are four Silver Club Terraces of just 28 seats each in the southeast and northeast corners. On the 300 level the One Carolina Club seats 132 indoors and carries personalised lockers and a billiard room.

If you can afford it, get 300-level seats. Food, drinks, and restrooms are way more accessible than the 500 section. Night and day difference in the experience.
