Tailgating is a game-day tradition for Chiefs fans at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. Tailgating Protocol
Tailgating is permitted in designated parking areas at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.
Lots typically open 3–5 hours before the scheduled game time.
All tailgating must end and grills must be extinguished by kickoff.
Charcoal and propane grills are allowed; no open flames on the ground or deep fryers.
Each tailgate setup must stay within one standard parking space.

Lot A - Red Lot
The holy grail of NFL tailgating. This is where the most dedicated Chiefs fans set up elaborate BBQ operations with full smokers, flatscreen TVs, and tent cities. The atmosphere is electric.
Lot B - East Lot
Second-most popular tailgate area with a great mix of seasoned tailgaters and newcomers. More accessible spots and a welcoming vibe.
Lot C - North Lot
Between Arrowhead and Kauffman Stadium. More space for larger groups and RV setups. The atmosphere is slightly more relaxed but still packed with BBQ energy.
