Allegiant Stadium Tailgating
Las Vegas Raiders · Las Vegas, NV
Tailgating happens at Allegiant Stadium but it is rationed: roughly 6,000 of the parking spaces permit it, spread across some lots and not others, and the stadium tells you plainly to check the lot's details before buying the pass. The timing is stricter than most — tailgating is prohibited at the start of, during and after the event, and setups have to be broken down the moment the event begins. Lot V's garage carries its own extra restriction of no open-flame tailgating. There is no overnight parking before gameday and you do not choose your bay: arriving vehicles are directed into the next available space.
Tips & Fan Reports
Lot J is where the tailgates are - The Black Hole, J Lot Tacos (accepts donations for food), and Wrecking Crew are all fan-run tailgates where Raider Nation is welcome.
You do not pick your space — you are directed into the next available one — so arriving with a group in several cars means arriving together or being split up.
Check the specific lot before you buy the pass. Only about 6,000 of the stadium's spaces permit tailgating and the stadium says so explicitly rather than leaving you to find out on arrival.
Everything has to be packed away the instant the event starts, not gradually during the first quarter.
The Lot V garage bans open flame, so a covered space there is parking rather than cooking.
The RTC Game Day Express exists and the Strip is close, so for many visitors the honest answer is not to drive at all.
Where to Tailgate
The tailgating lots — roughly 6,000 spaces
Tailgating is permitted at about 6,000 spaces spread across several of the lots, but not all of them. The stadium's own advice is to check the parking lot details before purchasing a pass, because the pass is what determines whether you can set up at all.

Lot V and Garage V, off Allegiant Stadium Way
A lot and multi-storey garage on Allegiant Stadium Way. The published map carries a specific restriction for the structure: no open-flame tailgating in the parking garage, so cooking is out even where a setup is otherwise allowed.

Lot Z, off Las Vegas Boulevard South
One of the stadium's off-site tailgate lots, published on its own parking map, sitting off Las Vegas Boulevard South with shuttle access to the stadium.

RTC Game Day Express
The public transit game-day express service into the stadium, marked on the stadium's own parking and shuttle map — the route in for anyone skipping the lots entirely, which given the Strip's proximity is a large share of visitors.
