Know Before You Go
- Bag policy
Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags may be no larger than 12 x 6 x 12 inches; one-gallon clear freezer bags and clutches no larger than 4.5 x 6.5 inches are also permitted.
Diaper, nursing, and medical bags are allowed after inspection at the southwest or southeast Canada Dry City Club medical-exception entrances.
- Bag storage
Rejected bags can be stored at the Bag Check Tent at the stadium's southwest corner for $20 per bag, paid by credit card only.
Drop-off begins when gates open, and bags must be collected within 30 minutes after the event ends.
- Gate opening
Huntington Bank Field gates open two hours before kickoff for Browns games.
- Mobile tickets
Browns tickets must be scanned from the Browns Mobile App, Ticketmaster app, or a phone's mobile wallet; screenshots and print-at-home PDFs are not accepted.
Add tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet before arrival and transfer tickets in advance when party members will enter separately.
- Re-entry
Guests may not leave and re-enter on the same ticket; for a medical emergency, speak with a security supervisor at the gate before exiting.
- Prohibited items
Huntington Bank Field prohibits weapons, alcohol, beverage containers, coolers, fireworks, noisemakers, laser pointers, umbrellas, strollers, non-compliant bags, and other listed items.
Review the complete official list before leaving home because the venue may deny any item considered a security or operational risk.
- First aid
Six first-aid stations are located near Sections 127, 139, 316, 342, 508, and 533.
- Nursing and lactation
Private nursing rooms are available near Sections 118, 349, and 514.

- Family restrooms
Family restrooms are available on the 100, 300, and 500 Levels, and all family restrooms have baby-changing stations.
Published locations are Sections 122, 130, 137, 149, 301, 319, 336, 503, 530, and 537.
- Tickets for children
Children younger than 2 do not need a ticket when seated on an accompanying adult's lap.
- Guest services
Fourteen Guest Services locations are available across the 100, 300, and 500 Levels.

- Service animals
Task-trained service animals are permitted and should enter through either south Canada Dry City Club entrance; emotional-support animals, therapy animals, and pets are prohibited.
- Smoking and vaping
Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, and chewing tobacco are prohibited inside Huntington Bank Field; designated smoking sections are on the outer concourse.
Guests found smoking inside the stadium may be ejected.

Tailgate Scene Peaks

Find Your Seats
Grab your gameday food and settle in. The Dawg Pound is already barking and the energy is building for kickoff.
Game Time
The Dawg Pound erupts. 67,000+ fans join in, barking, bone-throwing, and cheering for the Orange and Brown. Lakefront winds add to the intensity.
Exit Strategy
Walk back to downtown in 10-15 minutes or continue tailgating in Muni Lot. RTA Rapid Transit clears crowds faster than driving out.
Tips & Fan Reports
Muni Lot is the legendary tailgate - get there by 7am for a 1pm game. It fills up fast and there is no re-entry. Bring everything you need because you are stuck in there once you park.
Dress for wind, the lakefront is brutally exposed, especially in the Dawg Pound end zone. Add 10-15°F wind chill to the forecast.
Bring hand warmers and a windproof outer layer for any game after October. Lake Erie wind is no joke.
Muni Lot tailgate is a must. It opens at 7am for a 1pm game and it is basically a block party. One of the best tailgates in the league.

Sit in the Dawg Pound (sections 148-150) if you want the rowdiest experience in the NFL. It is loud, passionate, and occasionally chaotic. Wear a dog mask.
Try the bone-in wings and pierogies, they're Cleveland staples and the stadium versions are solid.
Carry cash if you are aiming at a downtown lot. Plenty of them take nothing else.

The tailgate at a Browns game is not really at the stadium: it is at the Muni Lot, a mile east at 1500 South Marginal Road, where tailgating is permitted under the City of Cleveland's own Muni Lot policies rather than the stadium's. The lots adjacent to Huntington Bank Field are reserved for passholders and open four hours before kickoff, and without a pass you are not admitted at all: you are directed to offsite parking. That makes the Muni Lot and the downtown lots the real decision, and many of the downtown ones are cash-only.
