From the north (I-95/I-295): Take New York Avenue (US-50) west into downtown. Turn south on 7th Street NW. The arena is at 7th and F. From the south (I-395): Take I-395 North to the 7th Street exit.

Capital One Arena is in the Penn Quarter/Chinatown neighborhood of downtown Washington, DC, at the intersection of 7th and F Streets NW. The Gallery Place-Chinatown Metro station is directly beneath the arena, three Metro lines converge here (Red, Yellow, Green). The arena is also accessible by bus, rideshare, and car, but Metro is strongly recommended. DC driving and parking are expensive and stressful.
