Know Before You Go

- Bag policy
All bags, including purses, totes, fanny packs, diaper bags, and medical bags, must fit within 14 x 6 x 14 inches and do not need to be clear.

- Backpacks are prohibited except single-compartment drawstring bags and single-compartment fashion backpack-style purses. Every bag is screened before entry.
- Bag storage
Chase Center bag check is outside the East Entrance at the Bike Valet on the corner of 16th Street and Terry A. Francois Boulevard.

- Bags of any size, including suitcases, may be checked for a $10 Warriors Community Foundation donation, subject to change. Bag check opens 60 minutes before doors and closes 60 minutes after the event; use is at the guest's own risk.

- Prohibited items
Prohibited items include weapons, pepper spray and mace, fireworks, backpacks and oversize or hard-sided bags, outside food and drinks, bottles and cans, coolers, professional cameras, recording gear, drones, large signs, poles and selfie sticks, lasers, noisemakers, skateboards, scooters, bicycles, helmets, and chairs.

First Aid offices are on the Main Concourse near Portal 1, the Upper Concourse near Portal 60, and in the event-level northwest corner with an escort.

Nursing parents may use the Mamava pod near Portal 53 on the Upper Concourse.

- Family restrooms
Gender-neutral and family restrooms are available on the Main Concourse near Portals 8, 12, and 19 and on the Upper Concourse near Portals 43, 46, 55, and 58.

The arena fills quickly for big matchups. Settle in and enjoy the video intro and light show.
Game time
Warriors games are a high-energy experience. Expect deafening crowd noise, especially during runs. Total game time is about 2-2.5 hours.
Halftime break
Explore the concourse food options. Upper-level vendors tend to have shorter lines.
Post-game scene
Thrive City bars stay open after the game. The waterfront walk to the ferry terminal or Muni stop is scenic at night.

Chase Center is one of the newest arenas in the NBA (opened 2019) with excellent sightlines from every seat.
The ferry from the East Bay docks at Chase Center on game nights - a scenic alternative to driving or BART.
Thrive City plaza outside Chase Center has food trucks, bars, and free watch parties during away games.
Take the Muni T-Third. It drops you right at the arena and avoids Mission Bay traffic.
Halftime lines are long. Buy food during the first or third quarter.
