Know Before You Go
- Bag policy
Only personal clutches, including clear bags, no larger than 10 x 6 x 2 inches are permitted.
Medical and childcare bags up to 14 x 14 x 6 inches are exceptions and must be screened by an on-site X-ray machine.
- Gate opening
Arena doors are scheduled to open 90 minutes before tipoff for Clippers games.
Door times remain subject to change, so review the event listing before travel.
- Mobile tickets
Every attendee needs an Intuit Dome account and ticket in the LA Clippers + Intuit Dome app, then enters with GameFace ID or an Identity Pass in a digital wallet.
For minors or guests needing help, set up a Teammate account. A guest without a smart device can receive a wearable Zoom Thru band at the entry Answers Portal.
- Prohibited items
Prohibited items include large signs or flags, horns, lasers, optical-illusion items, weapons, aerosols, fireworks, beverages, pepper spray, poles and selfie sticks, tripods, projectiles, bats and clubs, drones, professional cameras, recording devices, explicit clothing or signs, and illegal substances.
The list may change by event, and security may reject any other item it considers dangerous.
- First aid
First Aid offices are on the Floor Level under Wall 19 by the east tunnel, Main Level at Main 6, and Terrace Level at Terrace 27.
Trained EMTs are available at every event; contact any Arena Host for emergency assistance.
- Nursing and lactation
Infant Care Rooms are available on the Floor, Club, Main, Halo Suite, Halo Loft, and Terrace levels.
The current guide does not publish nursing equipment or access instructions; contact the Answers Portal before arrival to confirm the best room for feeding or pumping.
- Family restrooms
Universal restrooms and Infant Care Rooms are distributed throughout Intuit Dome, and all men's, women's, and universal restrooms have baby-changing stations.
- Tickets for children
Children age 2 and younger may enter without a ticket if they sit on an adult's lap; a separate seat requires a ticket.
Some child-focused events use a different rule, but the published Clippers default is the lap-child policy.
- Guest services
Answers Portals are near Main 6 on the Main Level and Terrace 18 on the Terrace Level.

- Service animals
Trained service animals are welcome and must remain leashed, tethered, or harnessed unless that interferes with their work or the handler's disability.
The animal should fit on the guest's lap or under the seat; otherwise, purchase a wheelchair-accessible row because same-day exchanges are very limited.
- Smoking and vaping
Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are prohibited inside Intuit Dome and everywhere on the property; there are no designated smoking sections.
Smoking inside the arena results in ejection.

Arrive at Hollywood Park
Park or arrive via rideshare. Explore the Hollywood Park campus, restaurants, retail, and the outdoor plaza.
Pregame dining
Eat at one of the Hollywood Park restaurants or the arena's own pregame venues. New options are still opening.
Doors open
Enter the arena to see the Halo Board in person. It's jaw-dropping. Watch warm-ups and explore the concourse.
Find your seat
Settle in and take in the Halo Board pre-game visuals. The arena's lighting system is all-new and spectacular.
Game time
The Halo Board enhances replays and in-game entertainment. The 'Wall' section (behind the basket) is the loudest fan zone. Total game time is about 2-2.5 hours.
Halftime break
The concourse features tech-forward concession ordering. Explore the arena's modern amenities.
Post-game scene
Hollywood Park restaurants stay open after games. The area is still developing. Expect more dining options each season.
Tips & Fan Reports
Plan to arrive about an hour before tip off your first time at Intuit Dome. It is not so massive that you can not see everything quickly but you will want to check it all out since it is a brand new arena.
The Wall, behind one basket, is the designated supporters' section.
The arena is cashless. Bring a card or use mobile payment.
The Halo Board is unlike anything in the NBA. Arrive early to take it in before the game starts.
SoFi Stadium and The Forum are both in Inglewood too. Check if there's a concert or Rams/Chargers game the same night - parking will be worse.
Intuit Dome opened in August 2024 - everything is brand new. The 'Halo Board' double-sided scoreboard is the largest in the NBA.
Doors open 90 minutes before tip-off, so the long garage window is time spent outside the arena.
Register your licence plate before you travel. The garages read plates automatically and it is the fastest way in.
Garages open about four hours before showtime, which is earlier than any other arena on this site.
A pre-bought parking pass is the only guarantee of garage access.
Before the Game
Intuit Dome is at 3930 W Century Boulevard in Inglewood, on the corner of South Prairie Avenue and West Century Boulevard, minutes from LAX. It publishes no tailgating policy, but its garages open unusually early, roughly four hours before showtime, and the arena runs automatic licence plate recognition, so registering your vehicle in advance speeds you through the gate. A parking pass bought before the event is the only way to guarantee garage access. Arena doors open 90 minutes before each game.

The corner the arena sits on at 3930 W Century Blvd. From the I-405 the route is exit 45 for Century Blvd toward LAX then left onto West Century; from the I-105 it is the Prairie Avenue exit.

Outside food and beverages are prohibited, but an empty reusable water bottle smaller than one quart is permitted for the arena's refill stations.
