There's no traditional parking-lot tailgating at Kaseya Center, the arena is in an urban setting without dedicated tailgating lots. Heat fans gather at Bayside Marketplace Waterfront and surrounding bars and restaurants for the pregame scene. Tailgating Protocol
No grills, coolers, or tailgating setups are permitted in parking garages or structures near Kaseya Center.
Outside alcohol is not allowed in public plazas or the arena grounds.
The arena's clear bag policy applies at all entry gates.
No re-entry. Once you leave Kaseya Center, you cannot return.
Follow all posted rules in parking garages; they are for vehicle parking only.

Bayside Marketplace Waterfront
The open-air waterfront shopping and dining complex adjacent to the arena. Live music, bay views, and a festive atmosphere on game nights. This is Miami's pregame gathering spot.
Brickell Bar Scene
Miami's Brickell neighborhood, a short walk or Metromover ride south of the arena, has dozens of upscale bars and restaurants. The after-work crowd blends into the pregame crowd on game nights.
Bayfront Park & Waterfront Walkway
The public park and walkway along Biscayne Bay between Bayside and the arena. Great for a scenic pregame stroll with views of the bay, cruise ships, and the downtown skyline.
