What to Expect
FedExForum sits at the corner of Beale Street and Third Street in downtown Memphis. You literally walk from the arena onto the most famous blues street in the world. The proximity to Beale Street makes Grizzlies games one of the best pregame experiences in the NBA. Memphis is a small-market city with a fanatical fan base, the 'Grit and Grind' identity runs deep. The food (BBQ, hot chicken, soul food) is world-class and incredibly affordable. NBA games run about 2.5 hours.

Tips & Fan Reports
You can get in 1 hour before tip unless you are a season ticket holder. Hit Gus's Fried Chicken before the game - it is a Memphis institution. Grab a Tiny Bomb beer inside the arena.
The visiting team stays at the Westin across the street - there is an underground tunnel connecting the hotel to the arena. If you want to see visiting players that is where they come from.
FedExForum is very welcoming to visiting fans. The Grizzlies community is respectful and fun. Just cheer for your team and enjoy the atmosphere - nobody is going to give you a hard time.
Both garage entrances are on Dr. M.L. King Jr. Avenue, so approach from there rather than Fourth Street.
This is a clear bag arena — an opaque bag of any size is refused, whatever the dimensions.
Drop-off is the east end of the arena on Fourth Street, between Beale and Dr. M.L. King Jr. Avenue.
The Terrace Level is reached by designated escalators and has its own food, drink and merchandise, so a cheap seat does not mean a long walk.
The floor-seat lounge's complimentary food and drink run through the end of the THIRD QUARTER, not the whole game. Worth knowing before treating it as unlimited.
Club Boxes and Theater Boxes are both on the Pinnacle Level but in different clubs — Prime Global Group and Konica Minolta respectively.
No metal or chain strap on the clear bag, which catches out a lot of otherwise-compliant bags.

How We Checked This Page
Every section below names the source it was read from and the day it was read. Where we could not reach a published figure, the page says so rather than presenting an estimate as a checked fact.

- Venue policies
Current FedExForum visitor, accessibility, arena-policy, parking, and concessions guidance plus the official Memphis Grizzlies app page reviewed for Grizzlies game-day policies.
Not yet checked against a published source
These figures are estimates. Most venues no longer publish the numbers behind them — concession and ticket pricing moved to dynamic marketplaces — so we hold them as estimates rather than dating them as verified.
- Ticket prices — Secondary market averages (SeatGeek/StubHub)
- Parking prices — Never checked against a published rate: the venue's parking page, read 2026-09-05, publishes none — the page gives directions and lot locations and no rate. The 2026-07-27 figures were compiled from third-party listings (was: "FedExForum 2026: $10-$30 by type and location").
