- Accessible entry
Guests needing elevator access should enter Rate Field through Gate 5, Gate 4, or the Stadium Club.

Rate Field runs an entrance level plus 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500, and the value in it is unusual: the Club Level is the 300, and it carries in-seat service, a private climate-controlled lounge and exclusive restrooms at a price closer to an ordinary seat than a premium one. Scout Seats in the 100 have in-seat service too. The Stadium Club sits in the right-field corner with two levels of dining and its own ground-level entrance beside Gate 2.
Tips & Fan Reports
Left field by the bullpen is fun - a lot of balls get hit in the area. First base side is good for avoiding the sun. Ticket prices are not crazy because it is the White Sox so enjoy cheap ball.
The scout seats lounge has an entire wall of old White Sox memorabilia and historical artifacts from 125 years of White Sox baseball. Sitting behind the Sox dugout or bullpen is my preferred spot.
The Stadium Club has two entrances — one at the right-field corner of the Club Level, one at ground level beside Gate 2 — so you can reach it without a club ticket's route.
The Xfinity Kids Zone is reachable from the 100, 300 and 500 levels, so a cheap seat does not put it out of range.
Scout Seats in the 100 also carry in-seat food and drink service.
The Club Level is the 300, and it is the best value in the ballpark: in-seat service, a private climate-controlled lounge and exclusive restrooms for close to what an ordinary lower-level seat costs.
