Overview

There's no traditional parking-lot tailgating at T-Mobile Park, the ballpark is in an urban setting without dedicated tailgating lots. Mariners fans gather at Pioneer Square Bars and surrounding bars and restaurants for the pregame scene. The energy builds as game time approaches, with fans filling the streets and plazas near the ballpark. Check the team's website for recommended pregame spots and any official fan events.

Tailgating Protocol

No grills, coolers, or tailgating setups are permitted in parking garages or structures near T-Mobile Park.

Outside alcohol is not allowed in public plazas or the ballpark grounds.

The ballpark's clear bag policy applies at all entry gates.

No re-entry. Once you leave T-Mobile Park, you cannot return.

Strategic Zones

Pioneer Square Bars

Seattle's oldest neighborhood, a 15-minute walk north of the park. Cobblestone streets, brick buildings, and a collection of sports bars and craft beer spots that fill with Mariners fans on game days.

SoDo Brewery District

The industrial area south and east of the park has a growing cluster of craft breweries. Georgetown Brewing and Ghostfish Brewing are the standouts.

The Pen (Inside T-Mobile Park)

The bar and social area above the right-field bullpen. Standing-room tickets get you access to the liveliest section in the park.
