- Accessible entry
Accessible public ramps are at the Ticketmaster, Bank of America, and CVS Health gates, with accessible elevators serving the east and west sides for Patriots games.
The E1 and W1 express elevators serve Main and Upper Concourse ticket holders; suite and club entrances have additional accessible elevators.
- Accessible seating
Wheelchair and companion seating with enhanced sight lines is sold on every stadium level and at all price points through Ticketmaster's Accessibility filter.
Day-of relocation is limited, first-come, and subject to availability; call 800-543-1776 in advance when possible.
- Assistive listening
Assistive listening devices are available for Patriots games at Guest Services at midfield on the east and west Main Concourse and on the Upper Concourse when open.
A driver's license, credit card, or other identification is required as a deposit.
- Sensory services
A sensory room is in the west-side W3 lobby, and sensory bags can be checked out at Guest Services near Sections 109, 131, 309, and 331.
The bags include noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, and verbal cue cards.
Gillette Stadium runs two concourses rather than three: the Main Concourse serves both the 100 and 200 levels, and the Upper Concourse serves the 300s. Its premium spaces are unusually large: the east and west Cross Insurance Clubs are each bigger than a football field, with three-storey cathedral ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass giving end-zone-to-end-zone views, and the Optum Field Lounge sits at field level in the south end zone with its own VIP entrance. Ninety-two suites carry in-suite catering, private restrooms and a dedicated attendant.
Tips & Fan Reports
If you sit in the 100 level try to be about 20 rows back. Usually cheaper than front row and you get the best of both worlds - better view and still really close to the field.
Gillette runs two concourses, not three: the Main serves both the 100 and 200 levels, the Upper serves the 300s. A 200-level ticket therefore shares the better concourse with the lower bowl.
The Optum Field Lounge is at field level in the south end zone with its own VIP entrance and a terrace onto the field.
Older listings may call the Cross Insurance Club the Putnam Club. The venue's own pages no longer use that name.
The east and west Cross Insurance Clubs are each larger than a football field and glazed floor to ceiling, so the indoor space keeps the view.
