Overview
Tailgating is a game-day tradition for Colts fans at Lucas Oil Stadium. Designated parking lots open several hours before kickoff, with South Lot serving as the most popular gathering spot. Tailgating Protocol
Tailgating is permitted in designated parking areas at Lucas Oil Stadium.
Lots typically open 3–5 hours before the scheduled game time.
All tailgating must end and grills must be extinguished by kickoff.
Charcoal and propane grills are allowed; no open flames on the ground or deep fryers.
Each tailgate setup must stay within one standard parking space.

South Lot
The epicenter of Colts tailgating. Directly south of Lucas Oil Stadium with the most active pregame scene. Grills smoking, cornhole boards flying, and blue horseshoes everywhere.
Georgia Street Corridor
The pedestrian street between downtown and the stadium transforms into a pregame festival on game days. Bars, food trucks, and live entertainment create an urban tailgate atmosphere.
West Lot
Smaller official lot on the west side with a more relaxed tailgating vibe. Good for families and groups who prefer less crowded conditions.
