Chase Center publishes no tailgating policy and parks its guests in two garages, so a Warriors pregame is Mission Bay rather than a lot. The transport is the standout: showing an event ticket at a Muni turnstile rides free all day, and ferries run for every Warriors game, dropping at the Mission Bay Interim Ferry Landing at Pier 48½. Doors open 90 to 120 minutes before tip-off. The bag rule is strict and has a paid escape hatch — backpacks of any size are refused along with anything over 14 by 6 by 14 inches, but any bag can be checked for $10 at the Bike Valet on the corner of 16th Street and Terry Francois Boulevard.

Rules to Know
What Chase Center allows, and what it does not.
- Backpacks of any size are prohibited, as are all bags exceeding 14" x 6" x 14".
- Any bag can be checked at bag check for $10. Bag check is at the Bike Valet on the corner of 16th Street and Terry Francois Blvd, opening 60 minutes before doors and closing 60 minutes after the event ends.
- Arena doors open 90 to 120 minutes before the start of each Warriors game.
- Prepaid parking passes are required for the Mercedes-Benz Garage (99 Warriors Way) and the Warriors Way Garage (150 Warriors Way), with limited passes for select events. Both generally open at 5 p.m. for weeknight events.
- Patrons showing an event ticket at Muni turnstiles and boarding platforms ride free, with electronic and physical tickets serving as proof of payment throughout the day.
- Ferry service runs for all Warriors games and select concerts via San Francisco Bay Ferry and Golden Gate Ferry, dropping guests at the Mission Bay Interim Ferry Landing at Pier 48½.
What to Bring

All bags, including purses, totes, fanny packs, diaper bags, and medical bags, must fit within 14 x 6 x 14 inches and do not need to be clear.
- Only the outside food and drink the rule allows
Outside food and drinks, including bottled water and reusable bottles, are prohibited; baby food, plastic baby bottles, and formula are permitted.
- A card or a phone wallet
Three cash-to-card kiosks at Main Concourse Portals 10 and 22 and Upper Concourse Portal 55 convert cash to a prepaid open-loop debit card.
- Your tickets on a charged phone
Chase Center uses contactless mobile ticket entry, and Warriors fans can store, scan, and manage tickets in the Golden State mobile app.
