Target Center offers solid Midwestern arena fare with Minnesota-specific twists. The Juicy Lucy burger (cheese stuffed inside the patty), tater tot hotdish, and Minnesota craft beer are the highlights. The arena's food options have improved in recent years with more local vendor partnerships. Outside, the Warehouse District and North Loop have outstanding restaurant and brewery options within walking distance.
Tips & Fan Reports
Wild rice soup and walleye are uniquely Minnesota. Try them if you're visiting from out of state.
Matt's Bar is cash-only and always has a line. Go early if you're making the trip.
Surly Furious and Summit EPA are Minnesota's iconic craft beers, available throughout the arena.
The upper-level concourse has shorter food lines but fewer options.
The Juicy Lucy is Minneapolis's signature food. Try it at the arena or make the pilgrimage to Matt's Bar.
Warehouse District restaurants are a short walk and much better value than arena food.

How We Checked This Page
Every section below names the source it was read from and the day it was read. Where we could not reach a published figure, the page says so rather than presenting an estimate as a checked fact.
- Concession menu
Target Center's own Concessions page for the 2025-26 Timberwolves and Lynx season, which lists each stand with its section numbers and names the dishes it introduces. Levy Restaurants runs the program with Chef Fhima. targetcenter.com is unreachable from here, so this was read from the Internet Archive's capture of 2026-03-11 — mid-season for the very season the page describes, not a stale snapshot of an older menu. No prices are published.
- Nearby restaurants
Google Places API (New) Nearby Search
- Value menu
Checked for 2026: no value menu at Target Center; the programme is chef-driven rather than value-priced
- Venue policies
Current Target Center and Minnesota Timberwolves policy, accessibility, ticketing, parking, and concessions guidance reviewed for Timberwolves policies.

These figures are estimates. Most venues no longer publish the numbers behind them — concession and ticket pricing moved to dynamic marketplaces — so we hold them as estimates rather than dating them as verified.
