What to Expect
Gainbridge Fieldhouse is in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, connected to the city's enclosed skywalk system that links hotels, the convention center, and parking garages, all without going outside. Indiana is a basketball state, and Pacers games reflect that deep hoops culture. The arena is surrounded by the restaurant and bar scenes of South Meridian Street and Georgia Street. Indianapolis is one of the most affordable and walkable NBA cities.

Game Day
Be there 30 minutes before doors open if you want a good spot in line. Doors are usually 1.5-2 hours before tip. Go to the far line on the left since it moves faster.
A single-compartment drawstring bag meeting the NBA size is the only backpack that gets in.
A clutch at 6 by 9 by 1.5 inches is the ceiling, and hard-sided bags are refused at any size.
Parking & Directions
The Virginia Avenue Garage bridge provides a weather-protected route to all arena seating areas.
Julia Carson Transit Center is two blocks from the fieldhouse.
The Virginia Avenue Parking Garage connects to the fieldhouse by a sky bridge on the third floor, the dry way in.
Food & Drinks
Explore your food options at Gainbridge - there are a few places tucked away with decent food for a reasonable price. One spot has killer BBQ that most people walk right past because it is not on the main concourse.
The pork tenderloin sandwich is Indiana's signature dish. Get it at the arena. It hangs over the bun.
Sun King Cream Ale is brewed in Indianapolis, the freshest local beer option.
Seating
First two rows of 216 or 217 are the best value in the building, preferably row one. Far end gives you quick access to food, drinks, and restrooms. Section 119 is a straight shot from parking with a great view.
The two sideline clubs differ by which side of the benches they sit on: the Ticketmaster Hardwood Club is across from them, the Sire Spirits 67 Club is behind them.
CareSource Courtside Club access covers rows 1-5 around the court only, and the club opens 90 minutes before tip-off with open seating.

Backpacks, hard-sided bags, and bags larger than 6 x 10 x 2 inches are prohibited.
A medical-equipment bag may be only as large as needed for the required device. All guests and bags are subject to security screening.

Pacers door times vary by game; verify the specific event listing or call Gainbridge Fieldhouse at 317-917-2500 before traveling.
- Venue payments
Gainbridge Fieldhouse is cashless and accepts credit cards and contactless payments such as Apple Pay at every point of purchase.
Free cash-to-card machines are in the Entry Pavilion by the Box Office and at Sections 3, 19, and 210.
- Re-entry
All exits beyond the ticket point are final; guests cannot leave a Pacers game and re-enter.
