There's no traditional parking-lot tailgating at Angel Stadium, the ballpark is in an urban setting without dedicated tailgating lots. Angels fans gather at Main Lot, Sections Near Gate 1 and surrounding bars and restaurants for the pregame scene. Tailgating Protocol
No grills, coolers, or tailgating setups are permitted in parking garages or structures near Angel Stadium.
Outside alcohol is not allowed in public plazas or the ballpark grounds.
The ballpark's clear bag policy applies at all entry gates.
No re-entry. Once you leave Angel Stadium, you cannot return.
Follow all posted rules in parking garages; they are for vehicle parking only.
Strategic Zones
Main Lot, Sections Near Gate 1
The areas closest to the main entrance fill first and have the most energy. This is where the biggest tailgate setups happen.
Main Lot, South End (Near Orangewood)
The southern end of the lot has more space for larger group setups. Farther from the gates but more room to spread out.
Honda Center Overflow Lot
The lots near the Honda Center have a more relaxed vibe with families and casual fans.
