Know Before You Go
- Bag policy
Guests may carry a clutch, bag, or wallet no larger than 4.5 x 6.5 inches, a one-gallon clear plastic bag, or a clear bag no larger than 12 x 6 x 12 inches.
Medical exceptions may be requested in advance or reviewed by a gate supervisor on game day.
- Bag storage
Fan Lockers are available at Gate 1 for prohibited items that cannot enter the stadium.
Small lockers measure 11 x 6 x 15 inches and large lockers measure 11 x 12.5 x 15 inches; no fee is published. Guests may instead return an item to their vehicle or dispose of it at the entrance.
- Gate opening
EverBank Stadium gates open two hours before Jaguars kickoff during the 2026 season.
The venue recommends reaching the parking area at least three hours before kickoff because construction may add delays.
- Mobile tickets
Download Jaguars tickets before reaching the gate; self-scan kiosks accept a moving secure barcode or an NFC ticket saved in a digital wallet.
Tickets and parking passes are available through the official Jaguars app.
- Re-entry
EverBank Stadium has a strict no-reentry policy after a guest exits the perimeter gates.
- Prohibited items
EverBank Stadium prohibits weapons, tobacco products, alcohol, hard containers, non-compliant bags, large camera equipment, noisemakers, lasers, umbrellas, strollers, and other listed items.
All guests and belongings are searched; review the complete official list before leaving home.
- First aid
The stadium First Aid location is near Section 123, with medical teams on duty during each Jaguars game.
Bandages are also available at all Guest Services locations.
- Nursing and lactation
Air-conditioned Wolfson Children's Hospital Mom Pods provide private lactation space in the south end zone ground plaza by the Pro Shop and Daily's.
The rooms are below the Bud Light Party Zone and include televisions.
- Family restrooms
Single-stall family restrooms are near Section 123, on the south end zone plaza by Daily's Place, and on the lower East and West Club levels.
Changing tables are available throughout the stadium.
- Tickets for children
Every guest needs a ticket, but children from birth through 23 months may obtain a lap-pass ticket through the Jaguars ticket office.
Call 904-633-2000 in advance for the lap-pass process.
- Guest services
Guest Services kiosks are near Sections 102 and 143, with additional locations on the Main Concourse and in the East and West Gallagher Clubs.

- Service animals
Task-trained service animals are permitted and must remain leashed or harnessed; pets and emotional-support animals are prohibited.
An animal that poses a safety threat may be required to leave.
- Smoking and vaping
Tobacco, smoking, e-cigarettes, and vaping are prohibited inside the EverBank Stadium perimeter gates.

Tailgate Scene Peaks
The east lots along Gator Bowl Blvd are packed. Southern BBQ, fried seafood, and cold beers define the spread. Bold City Brewery fans bring local craft.
Gates Open
Stadium gates open. Head inside early to explore the concourse and check out the north end zone pools from the viewing areas.
Player Warmups
Players take the field for warmups. The 100-level end zone sections offer close-up views. Look for Jaxson de Ville's pregame antics.
Find Your Seats

Tips & Fan Reports
Tailgaters is really popular and on the other side of the stadium. You can usually buy single game passes on their website. You will not have an issue finding a good tailgating experience.
Check the Jaguars website parking map before you go. Compared to every other stadium I have been to the parking situation here is actually pretty easy if you plan a little bit ahead.
Jacksonville heat in September is serious. Sunscreen, hat, and water are survival gear for open-air afternoon games.
The north end zone pools and cabanas are the most unique game-day feature in the NFL. You can rent them for a group.
Learn the DUUUVAL chant before you go. It's a call-and-response tradition that defines the Jaguars fanbase.
The DUUUVAL chant is the signature fan moment. Someone yells DUUU and everyone responds VAAAAL. You will hear it constantly inside and outside the stadium.
Check out the north end zone pools if you can, they're the most unique NFL game-day experience.

Canopies cap at 8 by 8 feet, and a vehicle over 18 feet long or 8 wide cannot take a lined space at all.

Nothing tailgating-related happens in a parking garage: loitering, open fires and tailgating are all barred there.
