- Accessible entry
Accessible drop-off is available near the Reno and Robinson entrances, and marked ADA screening lanes are available at each gate.

Paycom Center sells three ordinary rings plus a floor, and brands its upper sections Loud City after the crowd that fills them — Love's Loud City Balcony and Love's Loud City Mezzanine are the arena's own names for the cheap seats, not a nickname. The Club Level has its own entrance on the east side of the building and its own concourse; everyone else comes in through the main doors.
Tips & Fan Reports
You get that friendly fun atmosphere throughout the entire arena. If you get courtside seats make sure you take advantage of the included dinner at the restaurant. You really can not go wrong at a Thunder game.
Loud City is the arena's own branding for its upper sections — Love's Loud City Balcony and Love's Loud City Mezzanine — so a listing using that name is an upper-deck ticket.
The Mezzanine sits below the Balcony; for a few dollars more it is a real step closer to the floor.
Courtside tickets carry Courtside Club access, which is where the three bars and the in-seat service come from.
The Club and Suite levels have their own entrance on the east side of the arena; club seat holders also get complimentary VIP parking.
