### Parking tips

- Take the TTC. Union Station connects directly to the arena via PATH. There's no reason to drive.
- GO Transit from the suburbs terminates at Union Station. Park at a suburban GO lot and ride in.
- Downtown Toronto parking is brutal, expensive, limited, and congested. The subway is faster and cheaper.
- If driving, Green P garages are the best value. Pre-book online through the Green P app.
- Post-game, the Union Station subway platform is packed. Walk to King or St. Andrew station for a faster ride home.


## Seating

Scotiabank Arena runs a 100 level, a 300 level and suites above, and the building has been rebuilt around them in phases: the 300 Level concourse has had a floor-to-ceiling redesign, a Loge Club has been added, the 400 and 500 Level suites revamped and a Coors Light Chill Zone built. Getting between levels matters here — escalators link 100 to 200 and 200 to 300 either side of Gate 1 and at Gates 5 and 5B, and the Scotiabank Premium Entrance lifts reach the event level, both concourses and the arena restaurants. ## Getting There

Scotiabank Arena is attached to Union Station, which is the single point where Toronto's transit systems meet — the TTC subway, GO Transit's regional network and the UP Express airport link all terminate there. The arena leans on that rather than listing lines, and publishes just two driving approaches, one down the Don Valley Parkway and one along the Gardiner.

**Driving.** The arena is at 40 Bay St. From the east and north, take the Don Valley Parkway to Lake Shore Boulevard. From the west, take the Gardiner Expressway to Lakeshore Boulevard.

**Public transit.** Union Station links the arena to Toronto's major public transit systems — the TTC and GO Transit both serve it, and the arena points to each operator for lines and schedules rather than naming them itself. MLSE publishes live transit updates separately for event nights.

**Rideshare.** Uber/Lyft drop-off is on Bremner Boulevard near the Scotiabank Arena entrance. Post-game pickup is on Lake Shore Boulevard. Expect 15-20 minute surge waits.

## Tailgating

A Leafs game begins on the northwest corner of Lakeshore Boulevard West and Bay Street, and everything about arriving there is vertical rather than horizontal — there is no lot, and the pregame is downtown Toronto. Park underground at Maple Leaf Square if you drive: it runs 24/7 and connects indoors through the retail concourse straight into the building, with entrances off York Street and Bremner Boulevard. Two things are worth settling in advance. Bags must be under 16.5 by 11.5 centimetres or they cost C$25 to check in the galleria opposite Gate 1, and while your ticket names a preferred gate, the arena's own advice is to join whichever line is shortest.
