### Parking tips

- Parking is scarce and pricey, Muni T-Third is genuinely the best option for Chase Center.
- The game-day ferry from Oakland/Alameda docks right at the arena. Great for East Bay fans.
- Rideshare drop-off is on the south side of the arena. Post-game pickup can take 15+ minutes.
- If driving, approach from the south via Mariposa or 16th Street to avoid UCSF hospital traffic.
- Bike parking is available, many SF locals ride to games on the Embarcadero bike path.


## Seating

Chase Center has only two seating rings — the 100s and the 200s — so 'upper level' here is the second deck, not the fourth. What the building has instead of height is layers of club access: the venue's own concourses are Main, Upper, Event, Club, Suite and Lodge, and four separate clubs (United, Ultra, JP Morgan and Chase) attach to different tickets. Almost every premium product includes VIP parking, which in Mission Bay is worth more than it sounds.

## Getting There

Chase Center calls itself a transit-first destination and backs it with the fare: your event ticket is an all-day Muni pass. Five modes reach it — Muni, BART, Caltrain, ferry and a dedicated shuttle — and the arena adds extra S trains and a BART connector bus on event days rather than leaving the network as it is.

**Driving.** The arena is at 1 Warriors Way, with lots at and around Chase Center. The page leads with transit rather than a route, and the club actively discourages driving.

**Public transit.** Your Chase Center event ticket is also your all-day complimentary Muni ticket. The T metro line serves the arena, with additional S trains running on event days, and the 78X bus runs between Chase Center and 16th St Mission BART station from 2.5 hours before until an hour after events. On BART, the nearest stations are Powell St and 16th St Mission — transfer to the Muni T or the 78X. On Caltrain, transfer to Muni at San Francisco Station or walk 20 minutes to the arena. SF Bay Ferry runs event service to Pier 48, and the Mission Bay Shuttle also serves the arena.

**Rideshare.** Uber/Lyft drop-off and pickup zones are on the south side of the arena (Warriors Way). Expect 10-15 minute wait for pickup after games. Walk a block away from the arena for faster pickup.

**Walking.** From Caltrain's San Francisco Station it is about a 20 minute walk to the arena, or you can transfer to Muni for the last leg.

## Tailgating

Chase Center publishes no tailgating policy and parks its guests in two garages, so a Warriors pregame is Mission Bay rather than a lot. The transport is the standout: showing an event ticket at a Muni turnstile rides free all day, and ferries run for every Warriors game, dropping at the Mission Bay Interim Ferry Landing at Pier 48½. Doors open 90 to 120 minutes before tip-off. The bag rule is strict and has a paid escape hatch — backpacks of any size are refused along with anything over 14 by 6 by 14 inches, but any bag can be checked for $10 at the Bike Valet on the corner of 16th Street and Terry Francois Boulevard.

Chase Center sits on the San Francisco waterfront in the Mission Bay neighborhood, a purpose-built sports and entertainment complex that opened in 2019. The arena replaced Oracle Arena in Oakland and brought the Warriors back to SF. The surrounding Thrive City plaza is the pregame hub, outdoor restaurants, bars, and an open-air gathering space overlooking the bay.
