People Mover also connects downtown. | ### Parking tips - The arena garage connects directly to the building, no outdoor walking in Detroit winters. - The QLine is free and stops at the arena. Use it from Midtown or downtown hotels. - Parking is very affordable, $10-25 for most options. Don't overpay at scalper lots. - Post-game, the arena garage exit is slow. Surface lots and Midtown garages clear faster. - Rideshare from Midtown is $8-12 and takes under 10 minutes. ## Seating Little Caesars Arena is built downward into the ground, so its 'upper' bowl is the 200 level rather than a fourth deck, and its most distinctive seats hang above everything: the Michigan First Gondolas are suspended in the rafters directly over the action. Five clubs serve the building, and only one of them — the UWM Legends Club — actually overlooks the bowl. Portals 1-20 are street level and 21-72 upper, which is the quickest way to tell which concourse your ticket is on. | Section | Price range | View | Pros | Cons | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Courtside / Floor Seats | $400 - $1,200+ | | The closest seats in the building to the action; Level with the players | From this low the far side of the play is hard to read | | Gondola (100-Level Rear) | $70 - $180 | Suspended in the rafters directly over the action — the Michigan First Gondolas hang above the bowl rather than sitting in it. | A vantage point no other seat in the arena offers, looking straight down on the play; Genuinely unusual — the gondolas are the building's signature | The highest point in the arena, so the players are small; Suspended over the bowl, which does not suit everyone | | UWM Legends Club | $180 - $500+ | The only club at Little Caesars Arena that overlooks the arena bowl, built as a tribute to Red Wings and Pistons Hall of Famers. | The ONLY LCA club with a view of the bowl — the other four do not have one; Architecturally built around the two franchises' Hall of Famers | Priced as a premium club; Sold as a membership rather than a single seat | | Comerica Players Club | $220 - $600+ | Seating directly behind the players' benches, across from the Red Wings locker room. | Directly behind the benches — you see the coaching, not just the game; Across from the Red Wings locker room, so the players pass you | Bench-level, so the far side of the surface is foreshortened; The club space itself does not overlook the bowl | | Labatt Blue Club | $160 - $450+ | An elevated club position with panoramic views across the bowl. | All-inclusive elevated food and beverage; A prime location with wide views of the arena | You are paying for the room as much as the seat | | Lower Bowl Sideline (100-Level) | $110 - $280 | | The best ordinary sightline in the arena; Close to the benches and the noise | The front rows lose the near edge of the play | | Lower Bowl Baseline (100-Level) | $45 - $120 | The lower ring behind the ends, looking the length of the surface. | The best angle on play developing in the near end | The far end is a long way off; End-on positions foreshorten the play | | Mezzanine (Event Level) | $40 - $110 | | High enough to read the play as a shape | A deck removed from the noise below | | Upper Bowl (200-Level) | $10 - $40 | The upper concourse, reached through portals 21 to 72, high above the bowl. | The clearest view of how a possession is organised | Steep, and a long way up | Official seat map: https://www.313presents.com/venue/seating-charts ## Getting There Little Caesars Arena is the hardest venue in this data to research and it is not because the information is complex — it is because the arena's own site cannot be reached. What its club page does publish is thin: a maps link, a warning about lane closures on southbound Woodward, and an assurance that signs will handle the rest. For a downtown arena with a streetcar running past it, that is a conspicuous gap. **Driving.** The arena publishes no route in. It warns of lane closures on southbound M-1, Woodward Avenue, and says highway, street-level and variable message signs direct arriving traffic to the parking options. **Public transit.** The arena's own parking and directions page names no transit line and publishes no stop, despite its downtown location. Plan that leg from the operator's map. **Rideshare.** Uber/Lyft drop-off is on Henry Street near the arena's main entrance. Post-game pickup is quick, Detroit has less rideshare congestion than larger markets. ### Transit options | Option | Price | Notes | | --- | --- | --- | | QLine Streetcar (Woodward Avenue) | $0 | Free streetcar runs along Woodward Avenue from New Center to downtown, with a stop at the arena | | DDOT Bus Routes | $2 | Multiple bus routes serve the Woodward Avenue corridor near the arena | | Rideshare (from Midtown/Corktown) | $12 | Uber/Lyft, ~8 min from the Midtown or Corktown neighborhoods | ## Tailgating Tailgating is prohibited around Little Caesars Arena — the lots are run by Olympia Development of Michigan, and their rule covers before, during and after every game and event. What the District offers instead is choice: 32 parking locations spread through it, all within a ten-minute walk of the arena, opening three hours before tip-off and closing two hours after. Every one of them is credit card only, none offers in-and-out or overnight parking, and rates move depending on what else is on in the District that night. The Trinity Health, UWM and Temple West garages sit closest, and hold the nearest accessible spaces. ### Rules - Tailgating is prohibited in the surrounding parking lots operated by Olympia Development of Michigan, before, during or after games and events at Little Caesars Arena. - There are 32 parking locations throughout The District Detroit, with parking within a ten-minute walk of the arena. - The Trinity Health Garage, UWM Garage and Temple West Garage offer the closest accessible parking. - Parking is first come, first served, and rates and availability vary with what else is on in The District. - Parking opens three hours before events and closes two hours after, unless otherwise posted. - There are no in/out privileges and no overnight parking, and all locations are credit card only. - Olympia Parking can be reached on 313-725-3848 or at parkdistrictdetroit@olydev.com. ### Best areas | Area | Description | | --- | --- | | The District Detroit parking | 32 parking locations spread through the District, all within a ten-minute walk of the arena. Detroit-style pizza (square, thick crust, cheese to the edges) is the star. Coney dogs are another must-try, they're a Detroit original. Local craft beers from Atwater, Jolly Pumpkin, and other Michigan breweries are well-represented. Pricing is very affordable, Detroit has some of the cheapest arena food in the NBA. ### Nearby restaurants | Name | Cuisine | Price range | Rating | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Mootz Pizzeria + Bar | Italian Restaurant | $$ | 4.8 | | Dime Store | Brunch Restaurant | $$ | 4.6 | | Grey Ghost Detroit | Restaurant | $$$ | 4.6 | | Detroit Shipping Company | Bar | $$ | 4.5 | | Mom's Spaghetti | American Restaurant | $ | 4.4 | | Fixins Soul Kitchen | Soul Food Restaurant | $$ | 4.4 | | Buddy's Pizza | Pizza Restaurant | $$ | 4.4 | | The Hudson Cafe | Brunch Restaurant | $$ | 4.4 | ## Game Day Timeline Little Caesars Arena is the centerpiece of the District Detroit, a 50-block sports and entertainment district along Woodward Avenue.
